By not participating in insurance networks, I am able to offer a process that is tailored exclusively to you, with no constraints or interference from third-party entities.

Yes, I can complete FMLA paperwork for a fee of $150. FMLA recertification is required every 30 days, and ongoing certification requires that you attend weekly sessions during this time. Please note that I do not complete any other short-term or long-term disability paperwork, including SSA forms.
